For most categories, Temu’s return window is generous — typically around 90 days from purchase. Some categories are excluded or restricted for hygiene and customization reasons (think underwear, some health items, and personalized goods), and those exclusions are stated on the product page.
What returns cost
The first return shipment for an order is usually free with a prepaid label; if you send back additional batches from the same order, a shipping fee may be deducted. Refunds go to your original payment method or, often faster, to Temu credit — you choose during the process.
“Refund without return”
For low-cost items, Temu sometimes refunds you and tells you to keep the product, because return shipping would cost more than the item. Do not count on it, but do not be surprised by it either.
