1. The new-app-user gift
The straightforward one. Enter a free-gift code (like the ones on our list) in the Temu app as a new user, and you can typically pick items from a rotating gift selection that ship along with a qualifying first order. Conditions: it usually requires the app rather than the website, a first order, and the catalogue changes by region and week. If the code is accepted but no gift screen appears, look in the app’s promotions tab.
2. Referral and game-style promotions
Temu also runs interactive promotions — spin-the-wheel styles, farm or fishing games, and “invite friends to unlock” chains. These can genuinely pay out, but they are engineered to take time and social sharing, and the last few percent of the progress bar is famously slow. Treat them as entertainment that occasionally pays, not as a reliable way to get products.
3. Gifts bundled into orders
