A rejected Temu code almost always fails for one of seven reasons, and only one of them is “the code is dead.” Run down this list in order and you’ll usually find the fix — or at least stop wasting time on a code that was never going to apply to your situation.

1. Your account isn’t new
The most common cause by far. The headline offers are new-customer promotions, and an account with any order history has aged out of them. Fix: none for that code — your live offers are in the app’s coupon hub instead.
2. Your cart has no qualifying items
The up-to-90% promotion covers a curated selection, not the catalogue. A code can “apply” yet change nothing because nothing in your cart qualifies. Fix: browse the promotion’s item selection and rebuild the cart.
3. Region lock
Campaign codes are frequently country-specific. Fix: use codes verified in your own market — like these, which carry their test dates on our homepage:
Verified Temu codes right now — Each one is tested at a real checkout before it goes up, and pulled the day it stops applying.

4. Wrong platform
Free-gift offers are app promotions; pasting the code on temu.com does nothing. Fix: redeem app offers in the app.
5. Typo or formatting
Codes are case-sensitive and unforgiving of stray spaces from copy-paste. Fix: use the copy buttons above rather than typing.
6. The code expired or hit its cap
Campaign codes die on schedule or when redemptions run out. Fix: check the verification date wherever you found the code — no date, no trust.
7. Minimum spend not met
Bundle vouchers each carry a threshold; a cart below it triggers nothing. Fix: open “Coupons & offers” in the app, read each voucher’s minimum, and size the order to it.
FAQ
The code worked yesterday and fails today — why?
Either its redemption cap filled, or the campaign window closed overnight. Codes on this site get deleted when that happens rather than left up.
Does contacting Temu support help with rejected codes?
For genuine glitches (a voucher visibly in your account refusing to apply), yes. For aged-out new-customer offers, support can’t override the promotion’s rules.
